Isen stands at the foot of the tower, his hands clasped behind his back. His head is tilted back as he stares up at the battered structure. He heaves a deep breath, hands moving up to the clasps holding the leather harness about his chest. Undoing them, he takes the stone disk in his hands, fingers tracing slowly along the archaic writing engraved there. Lids slide over those feral, golden eyes, legs bracing as the lycan pours his might into the Chaos weapon. Slowly, the ancient tower begins to change, windows closing in , individual stones seeming to melt into one another to form a solid surface. This process continues up halfway, before Isen staggers back, collapsing onto the ground. He lies there for a while, staring up at his handiwork. Finally, he gathers the strength to crawl into the tower, where he curls into a protective ball and goes to sleep.
Isen awakes some time later and rises, ignoring the ache in his muscles, in his very mind. He looks up, noting how much of the tower has yet to be done. He heaves a slight sigh, and stretches, his hand coming to rest on the disk once more. grasping tightly, he stares hard at the stone above him, and feeds the disk. The top half of the tower solidifies, aside from a gaping entrance at the very top, large enough to admit all but the eldest of dragons. Empowered by the feeling of the Chaos coursing through him, Isen continues on, shaping each floor of the tower, fortifying them and making them solid. The stairs disappear altogether, the stone that they were made of blending in to the supports for the platforms. As he finishes the last level, Isen turns his attention to the ground beneath him, forming a small platform beneath his feet. This he raises in the air, lifting himself as well. He soars to the top, a dazed smile on his face as he allows the Chaos to control his mind. The platform takes him safely out of the tower, and down to the ground. Turning, the lycan considers demolishing the tower, for the pure fun of it. But suddenly, a twinge of pain in his left shoulder. Another, and another in rapid succession. He lets the disk fall to hang loosely from his chest as he grabs at his shoulder. The black thorn tattooed there burns his hand, but he pays no mind. The pain increases, more and more, forcing the disk's power from him, baring his teeth ferally. At last, Isen cannot help but transform, and a gray wolf, harness and disk clutched in his teeth, darts off into the night.
